Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world (except P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping fee for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please confirm your shipping address because JOYRICH cannot redirect shipments which you have sent to an incorrect or erroneous address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight & size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For shipments within the United States, delivery is by FedEx Ground (2 - 5 Business Days).
For international shipments, delivery is by USPS Priority Mail (7 - 14 Business Days).

International Taxes & Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Joyrich cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Joyrich, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Joyrich. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Returns
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless items are defective. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.
Defective Items
Joyrich will provide a full refund or exchange ONLY for defective items when notified ecommerce@joyrich.com within 3 days of the item/items were received. Provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached (must be received by Joyrich within 30 days).
